CES Ultra Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the CES Ultra Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with your affiliate application or participate in the program.
1. Enrollment and Participation
1.1. To enroll, you must complete and submit the online application. CES Ultra reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
1.2. By joining, you agree to promote CES Ultra products using ethical practices and avoid any misleading claims. Affiliates are expected to fully comply with FDA regulations, as CES Ultra products are FDA-cleared for anxiety and insomnia.
1.3. Affiliates are encouraged to follow CES Ultra’s official social media channels to stay informed of program updates, share content, and collaborate with our team. By joining, affiliates agree to allow CES Ultra to share their posts related to CES Ultra products and explore potential collaborative opportunities.
2. Affiliate Links and Tracking
2.1. Once accepted, you will receive a unique affiliate link, which can be shared on newsletters, websites, and social media.
2.2. Affiliates may only use their assigned unique affiliate link. Misuse of links, including attempting to alter cookies or circumvent the referral process, will result in termination of the account and forfeiture of commissions.
3. Commissions and Payments
3.1. Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 20% commission on each sale made through their affiliate link with a performance bonus of 5% when sales reach $2,000 within a calendar year.
3.2. Cookie Duration: Our cookies are valid for 90 days, allowing you to earn a commission if the referred user purchases within that time frame.
3.3. Payouts: Commission payouts are issued every 40 days from the ship date of the product.
3.4. Return Policy: If a referred customer returns a product within the 30-day return period, your commission will be adjusted accordingly.
3.5. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details to receive commissions. CES Ultra is not responsible for missed payments due to incorrect payment information.
4. Promotional Content and Brand Guidelines
4.1. CES Ultra provides branded content and images in the Creatives folder of your affiliate dashboard. You are encouraged to use this content when promoting CES Ultra products.
4.2. Affiliates may not alter any logos, images, or branding without written consent from CES Ultra.
4.3. CES Ultra reserves the right to request removal or alteration of any content or materials that it deems inconsistent with its brand or policies.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activity that misleads potential customers or damages the reputation of CES Ultra, including, but not limited to, spam, unauthorized emails, fake reviews, or any form of unethical marketing.
5.2. Affiliates may not use paid advertising, such as PPC or Google Ads, to promote CES Ultra-branded keywords unless given explicit written permission.
5.3. Affiliates may not create websites or social media pages that resemble CES Ultra’s official website, nor claim to be official representatives of CES Ultra.
6. Termination and Account Deactivation
6.1. CES Ultra reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time and without notice if the affiliate is found to be in breach of any terms and conditions.
6.2. Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by contacting CES Ultra via the affiliate dashboard.
7. Modifications
CES Ultra reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
CES Ultra will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the affiliate program. The affiliate understands and agrees that participation is at their own risk.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State in which CES Ultra is headquartered, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
By participating in the CES Ultra Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
